Ever since I can remember I have always had a natural love of dogs and my first job was working as a kennel maid which I loved.
I never dreamt that 20 years later we would be opening our own boarding kennels!
Bruce and I used to run our own small pet sitting service which included having dogs staying with us and our pets whilst their owners went on holiday. We loved it so much that we decided we wanted to be able to look after more dogs on a full time basis and to give them real holidays whilst their owners were enjoying theirs so, we sold our house and found
a lovely 3 acre property and began to plan and build our new accommodation for your dogs.
We both have years of experience caring for dogs which has included being foster parents for dogs waiting
to be re-homed for various charities. I have completed a small animal first aid course and also a basic grooming course.
Claire works for us full time and she is a fantastic asset to our team. Like us, she loves being with the dogs and they love having her around as she is full of energy, warmth and enthusiasm.
We also have another Claire working with us, she adores dogs and works with us on a part time basis. As well as working with the dogs she is also a fully qualified, professional dog groomer. She is happy to give any boarders a professional groom whilst they stay with us. Please ask if you are interested in this service.
